Multicultural Player/ Program Grants
  1. Pancho Gonzalez Scholar-Athlete Grant
    1. Applicants must be ranked in the Top 100 at the USTA National level of must have an ITF, ATP World Tour or Sony Ericson WTA Tour ranking.
    2. GPA of 3.0 or higher
    3. Must be a US citizen and be of Hispanic/Latino origin as defined by US Census Beurea

  1. Multicultural Excellence Program Grant
    1. Assists junior development programs which are year round program that provide a high level of on-count instruction and off-court training opportunities and have a history of developing tournament level and sectional and/or nationally ranked players, or demonstrate the ability to develop to that class.   1. Individual Player Grant for Sectional/National Competition & Training - 2014
    1. Provides funding and opportunity to competitive junior players who have achieved strong national and/or international rankings.
    2. Player must be a US citizen with a valid US Passport and or ethnic or racially diverse background(Asian,Hispanic/Latino, Native American & African American/Black) between the ages of thirteen and seventeen and ranked in the Top 100 USTA National or ranked in top 20 in his/her age category, or have an ITF ranking, or ATP/WTA ranking.   1. Okechi Womeodu Scholar Athlete Grant
    1. For consideration a player must be: a US Citizen, of ethnic or racially diverse background and ranked in the Top 100 at the national USTA level in his/her age catgory or have an ITF, ATP/WTA ranking, and a 3.0 GPA average or higher. The players must be 14-18 years of age.
    2. Two(2) grants awarded annually in the amount of $2500 each for actual and necessary training expenses.

  1. Althea Gibson Leadership Award
    1. Grant requirements: Player must be a US Citizen of ethnic or racially diverse background and ranked in the Top 100 at the national USTA level in his/her age category, or player must have an ITF, ATP/WTA Ranking. Player must be 14-18 years of age.
