A Community Tennis Association (CTA) is a local organization that is part of the USTA network that promotes and develops the the growth of tennis and is made up of tennis enthusiasts interested in seeing the game of tennis grow in their area. A registered USTA Community Tennis Association is the local branch of USTA Southern, Louisiana.Its role is to utilize USTA and other effective programming to promote and develop the growth of tennis within its community.
