November 15-18, 2012: A.T.L.A.S Tennis Tournament at Bossier Tennis Center



November 17: Dinner, Dance and Music by Bryan Brothers Band at the Horseshoe Riverdome

November 18: The Ryan Harrison Invitational at the Centenary Gold Dome

This Professional tennis exhibition will also include Christian Harrison, Ryan Sweeting, Scott Lipsky and Mike Bryan. ATLAS is a non-profit tennis organization made of tennis players from Shreveport/Bossier, founded in March of 2012, who are interested in providing high quality tennis tournaments and professional exhibitions that are "By the Players, For the Players." The event will be very exciting, including a plate meal at the Horseshoe Riverdome and then a dance with the "Bryan Brothers Band". The local tennis tournament for amateur players will also be held at Bossier Tennis Center from November 16- 18th. Weekend will also include a Kid's Clinic and opportunities to meet the players. The event will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.

Ryan Harrison who is currently the 52 rated singles player in the world and from Shreveport, Louisiana. He is also noted for being the third youngest player since 1990, after Richard Gasquet and Rafael Nadal, to have won an ATP level match, defeating world #130 Pablo Cuevas in the 2008 U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships. He is also only the 10th player in history to have won a match before turning 16 years old, putting him in a very elite group! Harrison is an alumnus of Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy and is currently coached by Martin Damn Harrison .
